2. Undamaged Condition: We cannot accept original packaging that has been damaged, as these items are no longer considered new.
3. Tags and Additional Components: The original packaging must also include all tags, information booklets, instructions, stickers, etc. For apparel, please ensure tags remain attached.
4. Secure Packing: Pack your returns firmly to prevent any damage in transit. If we receive a damaged item, we cannot determine the cause of the damage and will not accept it as a return.5. Shipping Container: Avoid using the item's original packaging as the shipping container. Instead, place items in the original packaging inside a larger, separate shipping box. We recommend reusing the box your items were initially shipped in.6. Necessary Information: Remember to include the original invoice or other essential contact information with your return.7. Once approved, ship the products promptly and provide our team with a valid tracking number.
