All the welds on the parts appear to be of good quality as well as the metal. No noticeable defects on the parts.

The only thing to be aware is the j is too long on the delete kit and needs about 1/2 inch cut off which is the same for most kits available these days.

Excellent purchase and I’m saving fuel almost doubling my mileage

For the last 4 years my truck has been leaking oil. My local Ford Dealership has replaced the oil pan gasket (Under warranty) 3 times. With the truck now out of warranty I was not prepared to go through another oil pan gasket change out and went to another independent shop. The mechanic there quickly diagnosed the problem by removing the filler cap and verifying the pressure in the engine. He informed me that the CCV filter was clogged and a delete kit was available. After researching on the web and checking out some blogs I ordered the CCV delete kit from EGR Performance.

The kit was easy to install and took much less time to install than it would have taken if I had chosen to replace the filter. Leaks have been eliminated and after performing the work myself, I am certainly glad I didn't have to put a new filter in. The congested work area nearly impossible to work in.

This kit fits a few different models, so the hardware won't match, but the old hardware works perfectly. There is a port for a boost gauge as well. Good stuff.

Fits perfectly on a 97-98 b head Mark 8 motor, you guys should add that car to the listing. The cap over the egr tube is too small, got a gasket from rockauto but i cut that egr tube off anyway. Great product and shipping thanks again.

This EGR block off plate is made and machined very well. It is the exact size, and comes with a gasket and mounting hardware. The hardware is very nice alllen-wrench screws that recess into the plate. Overall, this is an exceptional purchase! I installed this on my 1993 K1500 5.7 when I upgraded the camshaft and timing chain!
