What is a Powerstroke CCV Reroute?
The stock CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) system recycles oily mist back into your intake – a recipe for disaster on high-mileage rigs like the 2017 F250 or 2019 F250.
Over time, it leads to gummed-up intercoolers, reduced airflow, and premature failures. A CCV reroute for a 6.7 Powerstroke fixes this by venting gases externally or through a catch can, preventing oil ingestion and maintaining optimal crankcase pressure.
It's essential for tuned builds or off-road warriors – think no more leaks from saturated Powerstroke CCV filters or valve covers.
Benefits of Upgrading to a CCV Reroute Kit
Why settle for factory flaws? Our best CCV reroute kit for the 6.7 Powerstroke delivers:
Cleaner Intake System: Blocks oil vapors, cutting carbon buildup and boosting combustion efficiency – hello, smoother throttle response and potential MPG gains.
Turbo and Valve Protection: Shields sensitive parts from blow-by damage, extending life on your 6.7 Powerstroke crankcase filter reroute setup.
Lower Maintenance Costs: Less gunk means fewer cleanings and repairs – saving you big on long hauls.
Enhanced Performance: Optimized airflow for quicker spools and reliable power, perfect for heavy towing or hot climates.
Plus, with EGR Performance, you're getting top-tier quality: CNC-machined billet plates, reinforced hoses, and optional dual-stage catch cans for max separation.
How a Powerstroke CCV Reroute Works
Unlike the OEM loop that dumps crud back in, our aftermarket 6.7 CCV reroute kit uses precision adapters and baffles to reroute gases safely.
Key components include a block-off plate, braided hoses, and an integrated catch can for oil trapping. It's bolt-on simple, compatible with stock or tuned trucks – no cutting, welding, or ECU tweaks needed.

So far so good with my AFM delete on my 2017 Silverado
5.3 with the factory sport exhaust. I haven’t driven far yet but I can already feel the difference at low speeds being my V8 mode is always on now. The light goes off after shutting my truck off so no battery drain. Before my truck had like a flutter sound at low rpm at speeds around 40mph I guess that’s when my V4 mode was kicking in. But instantly that’s gone now also just slightly pressing the gas pedal now the engine comes alive quicker than before. I’m very satisfied so far and for the 40s $ price range. I first looked at one for around 300 bucks. 5 stars I’m impressed thanks

Ordering process with short, sweet, and to the point; exactly how I like it. The product arrived when it was supposed to. I would definitely order from this company again.

Stops the motor from kicking down to 6 or 4 cylinders which is supposed to add years to the motor. Thanks

Even before I purchased this, I was experiencing minor hesitation issues without the Check Engine Light. Also since I purchased this truck 4 yrs back, as I type this out, I had to replace the EGR within 3 months. Other vehicles owned with EGR have not experienced this level of issue when the code was checked on the CEL. Now I have been living with the EGR issue in recent months this time, until I determined what steps I wanted to take to permanently resolve this. After weeks of searching, and no real difference between everyone I looked at on the web, and it kinda was a no brainer, spend the money on a new EGR valve, or spend the same amount and eliminate, in essence bypass the valve emission system all together, especially since this truck at 35 years is not required emissions check in this state at 25 years.
My apologies for taking this much time to respond. The block off plate in this kit for my truck is not necessary. The plug on the sensor was removed, the slave was set, the wiring harness secured to a location out of the way of any issue, CEL cleared. After 3 days with some minor hesitation issues still existing, it was determined the vacuum line originally left alone might need to be plugged. To conclude since the vacuum line was plugged there were no signs of hesitation from standing start or any driving conditions requiring further increased pressure on the gas.
Thank you I am pleased with the response, the resolution of the EGR issue, full stop...

I bought the kit with the up-pipe to delete the EGR cooler feed inlet from the exhaust instead of the small disk that blocks it off. My mistake but, don’t get pinched like I did.

I run a small business, and it ain't always easy. Sometimes the best you can do is correct mistakes when they happen. I had a problem with the two AFM disablers I purchased (purchased together).
I contacted EGR and they acknowledged they did have an issue with some of them. They immediately sent me two replacements and the replacements are working fine.
In my opinion, that's how it should be. Thanks.
